To elevate our membership materials, I led the collaboration between an external freelance designer and our internal membership team to execute a comprehensive visual redesign. I managed the design review and approval process, ensuring the new visual direction aligned with both brand standards and internal goals. Once the overarching look was established, I took full ownership of extending the new creative direction across all physical assets, including direct mailers, letterheads, welcome packets, and renewal notices.
